Every once in a while I lose my marbles and pretend that I am a real, honest to goodness beauty blogger. This is one of those times. And to celebrate my marbles rolling everywhere, I decided to have a little giveaway. The prize is a full sized Power IQ 1" Tourmaline Ceramic Ionic Flat Iron.This flat iron is supposed to be good for all hair types, has a heat range from 280 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also dual voltage so that it can be used worldwide.   I received this as a gift with purchase last month when I hauled some polish at Sally Beauty Supply. I don't flat iron my hair but I thought that one of you, my gentle readers might like to have it.

 This iron is brand new (of course), the package has never been opened. I live in a smoke free home, but I do have pets. (Just letting you know, in case allergies are an issue.)

This giveaway will be open from the time this posts until Thursday, February 14th, 2013 in my part of the world. (Western United States.) This giveaway is open internationally to anyone anywhere to whom I can legally send a package.

This giveaway is open to anyone 18 years of age or older or of legal age in your State or country. If you are under the age of 18 or legal majority, you must have permission to enter from a parent or legal guardian. I am not kidding about this one. Don't put me in the awkward position of receiving an irate e-mail from a parent or guardian who is not happy that some random broad on the Internet has their address and sent something to their kid.

The winner will have 48 hours from the time I send the notification e-mail to respond and provide shipping information. If I do not hear from the winner in 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn. It is the responsibility of persons entering this giveaway to provide the correct contact e-mail address. If a mistake is made and I can't contact the winner and that person finds out that they won after a second winner has been chosen and contacts me later, I will not provide a second prize.

I will ship the prize to the winner in the quickest yet most affordable manner I possibly can. Once the package leaves my hands at my local Post Office, I am no longer responsible for what happens to it and if it is lost/stolen in shipping, I can not and will not provide a replacement. If the winner is international she or he will be responsible for any and all fees, taxes or other expenses that may be levied by their nation/customs service.
